Aeroflot’s board decides against paying dividends for 2022

MOSCOW, Mar 31 (PRIME) -- Russian flagship carrier Aeroflot’s board of directors has decided against paying dividends for 2022, the company said in a statement on Friday.

“The board of directors has developed an approach to the distribution of the financial result, according to which it is not expected to pay dividends for 2022. At the same time the company remains committed to the dividend policy, is aimed at paying dividends and plans to consider this issue in the future,” the company said.

In the current external conditions, maintaining a sufficient supply of liquidity and cash in the company's accounts is a priority and a necessary condition for ensuring the stability of the business, the company also said.
